Drummond’s best off-court moments

The emotion and skill Drummond played with on the court in Detroit are only matched by his work done behind the scenes.

His best moments in the community can’t be ranked, but they can be remembered as he leaves a place he always talked about so fondly.

He is no stranger to giving back to the community that he grew with during his time with the Pistons.

Last year, he took part in a holiday shopping spree with other members of the team as they took kids around a local Meijer to fill carts full of presents.

Drummond made it a point to take part in events like this in the Detroit area.

He took it upon himself to get deeply involved with the Special Olympics early in his career.

In 2016, Drummond became an ambassador for the Special Olympics.

He joined other high profile ambassadors like Michael Phelps, Damian Lillard, Yao Ming and WNBA star Elena Delle Donne.

Despite the criticism from fans and trade rumors year after year, Drummond continued to show he could have fun with his platform too.

He occasionally made his way into the rap game.

He dropped an 8-track EP in July after years of popping up on tracks or in videos online every so often.

Despite the differing opinions on Drummond’s play on the court, it would be hard to say he couldn’t have fun.
