Tyrese Haliburton is one of the more interesting prospects in this upcoming class. Someone who sees the floor incredibly well, and can make a decision with the ball seconds before that decision even becomes available to him.
He has a high arcing shot, and although his jumper is slightly unorthodox, it’s effective for the most part. He’s unselfish with the ball almost to a a fault, as he too often passes out of open situations.
As soon as Haliburton develops more confidence in his shooting, he’ll become a more complete offensive talent. He’s a quality defender and won’t be a liability on either end of the floor for whichever team drafts him.
He operates so strongly in pick and rolls, and alongside Mitchell Robinson, they could be a fearsome tandem.
There’s currently nothing about Haliburton’s game that screams “elite”, he just does pretty much everything at a level that makes you comfortable. He makes his teammates better and he’s going to help your team on both ends of the floor.
