When you factor in his team-friendly salary, the Pistons might be able to get a talented young player or a first-round pick for Rose.

But that’s only if he’s healthy.

The Pistons need to focus on getting him there, even if it means sitting a few games, as a healthy Rose could net them a nice haul.

Rose is not listed on the Pistons’ injury report, but Detroit needs to be careful. Bring Rose back slowly, get him healthy, showcase him in the second unit and then trade him, that should be the plan.

The Detroit Pistons have been an entertaining team this season even though they have only won two games.

But it’s time to get a win and if they could do it with Sekou Doumbouya and Derrick Rose seeing a bit more time, that would be perfect.
