Detroit Pistons: What is Derrick Rose’s trade value?

Trending up…. buy!

Wayne Ellington

What a week for Ellington, who set a Pistons’ franchise record for most 3-pointers made in a four-game stretch.

Ellington is now shooting 50 percent from 3-point range on 6.2 attempts per game. Ellington’s percentage is 5th overall in the NBA and he has way more attempts per game than anyone who is in front of him.

In other words, Wayne Ellington has been one of the best shooters in the NBA and is officially a trade asset. Well done, Troy Weaver.

Isaiah Stewart

Beef Stew has been getting more minutes than any rookie lately and he has earned them. His energy is infectious on defense and he is an absolute force on the boards.

Stewart is now 3rd among all rookies in rebounding and doing it in far fewer minutes.

He needs to cut down on the fouls but it appears the Pistons have a real one with Beef Stew. Once again, well done Troy Weaver.

Derrick Rose’s trade value

After seeing that Kevin Porter Jr. was able to get a second-round pick for the Cavaliers, it’s fair to wonder what Derrick Rose could fetch in a trade.

It’s possible the Pistons could get a first round pick, a project or even package Rose as part of a bigger deal.

Either way, Derrick Rose is a trade asset that is getting more valuable after Porter Jr. set the market.
