Detroit Pistons: Saddiq Bey continues to impress

Rookie Saddiq Bey has been one of the highlights of the season for the Detroit Pistons and he just keeps getting better.

After dropping another 5-of-9 from behind the arc, Bey is up to 41.4 percent for the season on over five attempts per game.

This puts him among the top shooters in the entire NBA, as there are only 27 players total who are shooting 40 percent or better on at least five attempts per game.

Bey is now up to 9.8 points and 3.9 rebounds per game and has solidified his spot on the Kia Rookie Ladder with his consistency.

He’s now scored in double-digits in 10-of-11 games and he’s been grabbing over six boards a game in that time.

Saddiq Bey is already a very good 3-and-D wing in the NBA and is only going to get better as he adds more weapons to his offensive game.

The Detroit Pistons appear to have gotten the steal of the draft, as Bey went 19th, which would not be the case if the draft were held again.
