Detroit Pistons stock exchange: Who is trending to start the second half?

As we get deeper into March and the Detroit Pistons start looking more closely at the draft, every loss is important in a rebuilding year.

The last week has really symbolized the Pistons’ season as a whole, as they lost both games but did it competitively and got nice contributions from their young players.

Saddiq Bey has gotten back on track and started another double-digit scoring streak. Jerami Grant came back from his minor injury with two strong games.

Delon Wright is back in the starting lineup and looking like a guy who might be traded at the deadline and Mason Plumlee just keeps plugging along, doing his thing without taking much off the table.

The season has been a success as long as your expectations were correctly set but there are still some guys who are trending in either direction.

Detroit Pistons stock exchange: Too early to tell

It appears as though Bey is getting hot again but we’ll need a few more games to see, same with Grant and Wright.

On the other end, Wayne Ellington has gone cold again after a couple of good games, but it is too soon to declare that he is broke again, as he has been streaky from game to game.

He’ll still likely get traded before the deadline but it’s unlikely Troy Weaver will be able to get much in return.

Speaking of Troy Weaver, he had a busy week and a good one, as the Pistons were able to add more high-upside talent to their roster without giving much up.

When it comes to which Detroit Pistons are trending up, we have to start with Mr. Weaver, who is rapidly becoming a legend in Detroit.
