Detroit Pistons: Can Frank Jackson keep rolling?

Frank Jackson has been rolling in the second half of the season and has been even better of late. He’s scored 19 and 25 points in his last two games off the bench and is now averaging 14.6 points over his last ten.

He is shooting 41 percent from long range on the season and has been playing like one of the best “instant offense” bench players in the NBA over that stretch.

He is starting to draw comparisons to 6th Man of the Year frontrunner Jordan Clarkson as a guy who can come in a get buckets quickly.

Jackson scored 25 in the last game against the Hornets and will look to have another big game tonight as he is playing for a future contract with the Detroit Pistons or someone else.

I would really love to see Jackson finish the season strong and cement himself as a bench player of the future for the Pistons, as I love his work ethic and the fact that he has improved on his weaknesses, namely his streaky outside shot.

If Jackson can continue to improve he could be a 6th Man of the Year candidate himself one day.
