Pistons draft picks: NBA Draft prospect Roko Prkacin

Roko Prkacin is a 6-foot-9, 210 lb. power forward with a 7-foot wingspan who currently plays for Cibona in Croatia.

Prkacin is only 18-years-old but already has a sophisticated offensive toolbox, as he is a plus passer, playmaker with a high basketball I.Q. who is very good at creating shots for himself and others.

He is big enough to play power forward, but skilled enough to be a wing. He also has the quickness and length to defend, and projects as a guy who will be an average to above average defender in the NBA.

Coming into this season Prkacin needed to improve his 3-point shooting and he did, though he still shot just 35 percent on three attempts per game.

He’s projected as a second-round pick and is usually mocked right around where Detroit will be picking at 37th.

His age makes him a draft-and-stash candidate, which is something the Pistons might need, as they are low on roster spots and can’t take on four more rookies.

He has a high ceiling as an offensive player who can create, make the right pass and beat bigger defenders off the dribble with his quick first step.

So how does he fit in Detroit?
