Pistons Mock Draft 5.0: Picks No. 27-30

Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Center. Utah State / Brooklyn Nets. Neemias Queta. player. 27. 147

The Nets have all of the offensive firepower they need, so will try to grab a guy who can protect the rim and Queta is one of the best shot blockers in the draft, as well as one of the more polarizing prospects since he comes from a small school.

He would give them a chance to move on from DeAndre Jordan.

28. Scouting Report. Point Guard. Sharife Cooper. Pick Analysis. Auburn/ Philadelphia 76ers. player. 93

Cooper is quick, can score from all over and set up teammates, so he’d be a good get for a team that has no real depth at point guard.

Guard. Joel Ayayi. 29. player. 66. Scouting Report. Gonzaga / Phoenix Suns. Pick Analysis

The Suns are nearly in the Finals and would love to add another versatile winner for Chris Paul to potentially mentor. Ayayi is one of those guys, and even though his stats won’t jump out at you, he is a “glue guy’ who can help a team in a number of ways and should be able to contribute off the bench right away.

Guard/ Small Forward. Virginia / Utah Jazz. 30. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Trey Murphy III. player. 118

The Jazz are one of the best 3-point shooting teams in the NBA and will try to keep that going with Murphy, who projects as one of the best pure shooters in the draft and has good size.
