Detroit Pistons: NBA Mock Draft 5.0 pick No. 8

The Magic use their second lottery pick on combo forward Franz Wagner, who is one of the most versatile forwards in the draft.

Wagner is a guy who can create off the bounce and played some point forward for Michigan and he can also shoot the 3-point shot at a high rate.

This would give the Magic a lot of lineup flexibility and possibly open the door for more trades if they wanted to move on from Isaac or one of their veterans.

Wagner is a tough defender who can guard a couple of spots, so he’d fit into just about any lineup.

The Magic already grabbed their raw, high ceiling guy with number five, so will take a safer option here with Wagner.
