Detroit Pistons: NBA Draft trade with the Atlanta Hawks

The Hawks are another team that might be more interested in roster depth than adding another young player. They have the 20th pick in the NBA Draft, so it may not take as much to move up.

Again, it would probably take more than this to move into the first round, as Josh Jackson is really not a guy who is going to move the needle for most teams.

The Hawks would still be getting a pick that was near the beginning of the second round, which would save them some money in the long run. I think the real appeal of Jackson is his contract as he has shown he can be a contributor off the bench and is only making just over $5 million next season.

Troy Weaver is going to do his homework and try to find some trades that will help the Detroit Pistons.

Here are possible trades with the Northwest division.

Here are some potential trades with the Southwest division.
