Detroit Pistons: NBA Draft trade with the New York Knicks

The Knicks are one of the teams I identified as a potential trade target in the draft for the Pistons if they want to try and move up.

The problem is the Knicks have a ton of potential free agents, so they could be a completely different team next season built around young players instead of veterans. Here is a trade that might interest them.

In this trade, Tom Thibodeau gets a tough defender for the wing, which we know he would like and the Knicks get two second round picks.

The Pistons move into the end of the first round, which would allow them to grab one guy they like and may have room for on the roster. This projects as a deep draft where the Detroit Pistons might be able to find impact talent late, as they did grabbing Saddiq Bey with the 19th pick.
