The Detroit Pistons and Jerami Grant have been at the center of NBA trade rumors, but Detroit has a number of veterans that could be on the move.

The Grant rumors have included just about every contender, as he is the type of versatile player who could make an impact for just about any team.

But the Pistons don’t have to move Grant and may see him as part of the future, so if they do hold onto him it could be a very quiet trade deadline in the Motor City.

Detroit is still rebuilding, so I’d say any one of their veteran players is potentially on the table, and with many of them playing well, the Pistons could end up making some trades that do not involve Jerami Grant.

Other than Grant, the player to get the most attention will be Kelly Olynyk, who has proven himself as stretch big and is on a reasonable deal that would be easy for most teams to offset or absorb.

Cory Joseph has also played well of late, shooting 43 percent from long range and providing solid point guard play that a lot of teams would like to have off their bench.

Josh Jackson is on the final year of his deal, and though he has not played consistently this season, he is another guy who some team might be able to use as defensive bench depth.

Trey Lyles has been one of the NBA’s leading bench scorers since December and is another big guy who can stretch the floor as a small-ball center.

I feel bad even mentioning Rodney McGruder, who has been traded and un-traded already this season, but he has played well in limited minutes and could provide some veteran depth and shooting to a contender.

Here are six teams that could use one or more of these guys.
