Cade Cunningham hopes to get back into the Detroit Pistons’ lineup tonight against Evan Mobley and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Tonight will be the final game the two Rookie of the Year frontrunners face each other if Cade does in fact play. He is listed as questionable with a non-COVID illness that has already cost him two games.

Mobley is the favorite for the award right now, but Cade has gotten the better of him in two of the three games they have played this season and would love to make it one more tonight on the road.

The Pistons will be missing Frank Jackson and Hamidou Diallo and both Cade Cunningham and Killian Hayes are listed as questionable.

The Cavs are still missing Jarrett Allen, who hopes to return before the season is over. The Cavaliers have won just four of their last 10 games and have slipped to the 6th seed with the Raptors right on their heels.

Detroit is coming off a win over Orlando in which Saddiq Bey went off for 51 points.

He did it efficiently, joining the Pistons’ 50-point club on just 27 shots and tying the record for most 3-point makes in a game along the way. He’ll look to keep it going tonight in Cleveland as the Pistons try to win the season series and pad Cade Cunningham’s Rookie of the Year resume.

Cade Cunningham and the Detroit Pistons @ Cleveland Cavaliers: Odds, spread, over/under and best bets

According to WynnBET, the Pistons are eight point underdogs on the road against the Cavaliers.

The books really must not pay attention to Detroit, who has been the best bet in basketball over the last few weeks, going an incredible 14-0-1 against the spread in their last 15 games.

The Pistons haven’t been blown out since the middle of February and have been playing tight, competitive games regardless of who is on the floor.

I love them to keep it going tonight and would take those points.

The money lines are set at  +290 for Detroit and -370 for Cleveland, which is an indication that they don’t think Cade Cunningham is going to play.

The over/under is a combined 215 points, which is right in the middle of what these two teams score and allow combined per game.

But both teams have been scoring a lot over their last three games, so I like the over in this one with Detroit covering the spread.

Obviously, Saddiq Bey is your best daily fantasy bet if Cade Cunningham is still out. It appears as though Jerami Grant will be back, which will eat into Bey’s shots somewhat, but after the last game, I think it is safe to say that Bey will be the number one option.

Marvin Bagley III had a big game the last time these two teams played, and I expect him to do it again with Jarrett Allen still out. Bagley III will likely return to the bench and should be able to do work against Kevin Lovein the post.

MBIII will be your best low-cost daily fantasy option for the Pistons.
