The Detroit Pistons’ injury report has been like a revolving door this season, as just as one player comes off, another seems to go on.

In the last game, the Pistons got Saddiq Bey back after he missed several games with an injury, but lost Bojan Bogdanovic, who twisted his knee against the Suns, and Jaden Ivey who is also out with knee soreness.

Both players are still listed as questionable against the Knicks along with Isaiah Stewart who is getting close to his return.

Cade Cunningham still hasn’t decided what to do about his fractured shin, so the Pistons are without most of their best players.

As if all of this wasn’t bad enough, Marvin Bagley III is also listed as questionable tonight on the official injury report, as the Detroit Pistons continue to face the challenge of playing with a decimated roster.

Pistons news: Marvin Bagley III joins the injured list

MBIII is listed as questionable tonight with migraine issues, so hopefully he’ll be able to bounce back and play, as he has been very good over the last couple of games.

But if he does join the injured list, this will mark the 12th player the Detroit Pistons have lost to an injury, which is currently second in the NBA behind the San Antonio Spurs.

These 11 players (some are the same guys) have missed a combined 58 games this season, tied for 7th in the league but far behind the league-leading Orlando Magic, whose 10 injured players have missed an incredible 111 games this season.

The Heat, Grizzlies, Bucks, Cavaliers and Hornets have all lost more games to injuries than the Detroit Pistons, though in Detroit’s defense, most of their injuries have been to their core players.

With five guys potentially out again tonight, the Pistons have to be looking around and wondering who is going to be next. It’s a shame, as they have been playing better lately and it would be nice to see what this team could be at full strength.

It’s difficult to make roster decisions for the future when you’ve not gotten a chance to even evaluate the present, so let’s hope the Pistons can get healthy soon.
