There are are reports the Los Angeles Lakers are interested in high-scoring forward Bojan Bogdanovic. But what would a trade look like? Well, depends on your perspective.

Since the original report, via Shams Charania, that the Los Angeles Lakers have contacted the Detroit Pistons about Bojan Bodanovic, the NBA media lines have been buzzing with chatter about the possibility.

The Lakers are well below .500 (and just blew a lead late against the Boston Celtics) so they desperately need to add a high-scoring shooter, like Bogdanovic, to have chance at doing anything in the postseason.

The Pistons, particularly with the announcement Cade Cunningham is out for the year due to a stress fracture in his shin, are not going anywhere, it looks like, but another appearance in the draft lottery.

So, on the surface (emphasis mine), it looks like the Lakers and Pistons would make good trading partners. So what would a the trade look like? As a capped team, the Lakers just can’t add Bodanovic’s salary, they would have to send out matching salary.
