Detroit Pistons: 4 team trade makes the roster even younger

I have to hand it to Bleacher Report, as they came up with a doozy of a trade here involving four teams including the Detroit Pistons.

On paper, all of these teams would likely consider this, but the Pistons were clearly not the focus in this one, as all of the other teams make out better than Detroit.

For giving up both Burks and Bogdanovic, the Detroit Pistons would walk away with John Collins, Jalen Johnson and Max Christie.

The only team I am certain would do this is the Hawks, who have long said they want to trade Collins and are getting back a haul for him in the form of three plus shooters who are probably a better fit with Trae Young and Dejounte Murray.

The Lakers could have a had a similar deal in the offseason, as they were reportedly offered Turner and Hield for their two first-rounders, so I am not sure why they would jump at this now, especially since they are getting the lesser Bogdanovic in the deal. They may be more desperate now, but it still seems unlikely they would do this.

The Pacers may do this, even though they are ahead of schedule this season, as they have lost five in a row and may feel the playoffs are slipping away. Turner is on an expiring deal and they may want to get off Hield’s contract. Getting two first rounders would be a haul, especially since they can just buy out Westbrook and reap the cap space next offseason.

But what about the Detroit Pistons?
