Former Detroit Pistons in the playoffs

Bombing

Luke Kennard: Kennard didn’t play horribly in the Grizzlies’ game 1 loss to the Lakers, but he only scored seven points in 25 minutes.

Spencer Dinwiddie: If Dinwiddie played half as well as he runs his yap on podcasts, then he’d be leading the Nets to the NBA Finals. Instead, he’s averaged just 13 points per game on terrible shooting in Brooklyn’s two losses.

The Nuggets: Both Reggie Jackson and Ish Smith played just over four minutes apiece in the Nuggets blowout win, with just a foul and a rebound to show for their combined efforts.

Saddiq Bey: There are still fans of the Detroit Pistons who think the Wiseman trade was a mistake, but Bey’s performance in the playoffs hasn’t done much to bolster their case, though at least the Hawks are there.

In the Hawks’ two blowout losses so far, Bey has scored a whopping six points combined on 2-of-10 shooting and was limited to just 14 minutes in the second game. Saddiq Bey took on a more limited role with the Hawks after being traded but may soon find himself out of the playoff rotation if he doesn’t turn things around in what looks like an almost certain sweep for the Celtics.
