One of the first things Monty Williams is going to have to figure out for the Detroit Pistons is what to do with all of the centers.

Guys like Jalen Duren and Isaiah Stewart seem to fit with Williams’ coaching philosophies on both ends, but the same can’t really be said for Marvin Bagley III and James Wiseman.

The Wiseman trade created a logjam of similar players and one of them is likely to be left out unless there is an injury.

The other option is move one of the bigs to better balance the roster. The Detroit Pistons need help on the wing and could trade one of the centers to get it.

Detroit Pistons: Washington Wizards could be a trade partner

If Troy Weaver decides to clear a center, he will be looking for teams that lack center depth and may want to take a flyer on a young player with upside.

The Washington Wizards definitely fit that description, especially if they lose Kristaps Porzingis this offseason, which is a possibility.

Our friends at Wiz of Awes had a couple of suggestions, but there is one trade out there that makes sense for both teams and could help their respective needs.
