#29: Leo Mogus

Only two players ever wore this number and they both did it in the 1949 season for Fort Wayne.

#28: Isaiah Stewart

Shout out to Arron Afflalo, but I’m going with Beef Stew.

#27: Zaza Pachulia

Rough, rough number here that also includes Buddy Boeheim. Let’s move on.

#26:

Only five players ever wore this number and they were all terrible.

#25: John Long

Seventeen players have worn this number including guys like Derrick Rose, Reggie Bullock, Kyle Singler (ugh) and Amir Johnson. Long was easily the best, as he had a productive 8-year career with the Detroit Pistons and put up some big numbers. Marcus Sasser hopes to eventually take over this spot.

#24: Jimmy Walker

Twenty-three players have worn this number for the Detroit Pistons, but Walker made two All-Star teams in the 1960’s and 70’s while doing it.

#23: Blake Griffin

He didn’t do it for long, but Griffin had one outstanding season for the Pistons. This spot will eventually be held by Jaden Ivey.

#22: Dave DeBusschere

Some good ones wore this number, including Tayshaun Prince, John Salley and Ricky Pierce.

#21: Dave Bing

One of Detroit’s all-time greats regardless of number.

#20: Allan Houston

Twenty-five players wore this, tied for the most in team history, and it’s mostly a list of mid players like Kevin Knox, Josh Jackson, Jodie Meeks and Carlos Delfinio.
