#6: Charlotte Hornets select Donovan Clingan 

The Hornets have a young rim protector in Mark Williams, but he is always hurt and Clingan would give them a more dynamic offensive option to go with him. 

Clingan is probably the best rim protector in this class, so would be a possibility for the Pistons, who also need a guy who can defend the paint. 

Clingan also brings something to the Hornets that they desperately need, which is a guy who has won, as they have a losing culture and need some players who aren’t going to settle for that.
