#14: Portland Trail Blazers select Devin Carter

The Blazers grabbed a high-upside project with their first pick but go the other way with this one, selecting Carter, one of the most NBA-ready prospects.

If Portland wanted to trade this pick, they might be able to, as there are bunch of contending teams who would like to get a guy like Carter, whose tenacious defense and 3-point shooting will play right away.

Look for Portland to potentially trade this pick and grab an extra one in the process. Would the Knicks give up 24 and 25 for it? Possibly.
