2024 NBA Mock Draft: Pistons and Bulls make franchise-altering trade

#15: Miami Heat select Jared McCain 

The Heat could use more scoring punch off the bench and McCain should be able to provide it as one of the better shooters in his draft class. 

McCain can be a secondary weapon right away who doesn’t necessarily need the ball much to make an impact. 

He makes sense for a Miami team that already has playmakers in place and will give them another shooter to surround Jimmy Butler with and could make Duncan Robinson available in a trade.
