#16: Philadelphia 76ers select Carlton Carrington 

The 76ers are one team that could try and trade up to get Carter, as he’s a nice fit with their two stars. 

Carrington has his flaws, but he’s a bucket and a guy who can at least be a bench scoring option right away. 

He has big-time upside if his 3-point shot develops, as he already has a strong mid-range game and would give the 76ers a scoring option right away.
