#19: Toronto Raptors select Pacome Dadiet 

The Raptors are at a crossroad this offseason as they try to build around Scottie Barnes. They do have some young talent but are still rebuilding after trading away their two best forwards. 

Dadiet is one of the less-heralded French prospects in this draft, but like his counterparts, has shown the ability to score with big-time upside. 

Toronto can afford to take a flyer on a high-upside project here.
