Chicago Bulls select Matas Buzelis 

The Chicago Bulls have to do something. 

They are the third biggest market in the NBA but act like they are the smallest, as they never go into the luxury tax and chase the 9th seed every year. 

Their fans are tapping out in droves and sick of the do-nothing Bulls who have an old team, little young talent outside of Coby White and a big-time need for some kind of excitement. 

Buzelis is from Chicago and has connections to Arturas Karnisovas, so is the perfect high upside pick to inject some life into a dead franchise. 

The Bulls have to sign-and-trade Patrick Williams to the Detroit Pistons, giving DET a big two-way wing while still staying in the lottery.
