#7: Portland Trail Blazers select Tidjane Salaun 

The Trail Blazers have multiple lottery picks so can use one of them on a high-upside prospect who needs development. 

Salaun has continued to impress and has improved his draft status immensely by showing an improving shot, elite athleticism for his size and a willingness to defend. 

A big wing who can play defense and shoot the 3-ball works on any team, especially one that could potentially be trading away veterans like Jerami Grant. Even if Portland kept Grant, he’d be a great mentor for Salaun.
