The Bulls would be ecstatic if Topic fell to them, as they need a point guard, and he might be the best one in the draft.
His injury issues force him out of the top-10 here, which potentially gives the Bulls one of the steals of the draft. Chicago wants to keep trying to make the play-in tournament every season and will need a point guard whether Lonzo Ball comes back this season or not.
Topic would give them a big playmaker who is a nice long-term fit with Coby White.
