#16: Philadelphia 76ers select Devin Carter 

Even though they currently only have one player on their roster, the 76ers will be going for it around Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey and will seek players who can help them win now. 

Carter is one of those guys, as he is an immediate plug-and-play 3-and-D guy who gets after it on the perimeter and can knock down 3-point shots, attributes the 76ers will always look for around Embiid.
