12. The Oklahoma City Thunder select Rob Dillingham 

No team is better prepared to compete now or into the future than the OKC Thunder, who are already one of the best teams in the NBA even though they are also one of the youngest. They don’t have any glaring needs, so can just take the most talented player available, which may be Dillingham, an electric scorer out of Kentucky. Some have had Dillangham as an option for the Detroit Pistons, which makes little sense unless they are going trade Jaden Ivey, but he makes perfect sense for the Thunder, who can just keep adding talent and don’t have to worry much about fit. They like guards from Kentucky and Dillingham should be another good one.
