16. The Philadelphia 76ers select Tristan da Silva 

The 76ers are likely to be the busiest team in the NBA this offseason other than maybe the Detroit Pistons, as the 76ers really only have two players to build around and a ton of cap space to use this summer. Da Silva should be a plug-and-play guy in the NBA who already has strong two-way skills even if his ceiling isn’t as high as some others because of his age. He can play with just about any lineup, which is a good trait for a Philly team that will be building around two stars this summer.
