3. The Washington Wizards select Alex Sarr

The Wizards have their center of the future fall into their laps with Alex Sarr, who has big time defensive potential but also a lot of question marks. The Wizards need help just about everywhere, but Sarr would give them a defensive anchor to put with Deni Avdija and Kyle Kuzma and a high-upside big man to kick off their rebuild.

The Wizards will still be a mess but that is not a bad three guys to build around, especially if they can find upgrades at guard or a way to trade Jordan Poole.
