#6: Detroit Pistons vs. Golden State Warriors, November 14, 2007: 22 points

We have to dip a little further back in history for this one, which came at the tail end of the Goin' to Work era and featured a Warriors' team that didn't yet have Stephen Curry.

The Pistons fell behind 59-37 in the 2nd quarter, but the game was far from over. Detroit put the clamps on in the second half (remember defense?) and held the Warriors, who were led by Baron Davis (I loved him) who had 29 points and 10 assists.

As was the case with most of this era, the Pistons spread it around, and everyone in the starting lineup scored at least 14 points. Jason Maxiell had a 14-point, 14-rebound double-double (not to mention five assists and three blocks) and both Rasheed Wallace and Rip Hamilton chipped in 22 points apiece, as the Pistons outscored the Warriors by 20 points in the second half.

On a personal note, the Warriors had Troy Hudson on their bench, a fellow SIU Saluki (up Carbondale!) who was in the first class I ever took at university. Yes, shut up, I'm old.
