Bojan Bogdanovic to the Houston Rockets: Makes sense

The Rockets have to decide if they want to push more chips in to try and make a playoff run this season.

The Rockets are currently the 9th seed, but just 2.5 games from the 6th spot, which would guarantee them a place in the playoffs.

The Rockets have future picks, they have expiring contracts and young players, so they could almost certainly put together a favorable package for the Detroit Pistons.

Houston could send Jeff Green and Victor Oladipo along with Brooklyn's 2024 pick for Bogdanovic or could swap out one of the veterans and the pick for Tari Eason, which would be a way for the Pistons to get a nice young player who fits their roster and timeline.

The Rockets will be an interesting team to watch at the deadline, as they have the assets to improve but may think they are a season or two away from contending for real.
