Killian Hayes will be traded to the Memphis Grizzlies or San Antonio Spurs

It's time for the Pistons and Hayes to part ways and there are a couple of teams that could use his services and have minutes to give him.

Hayes is worth a flyer for the Grizzlies, who have been decimated by injuries and just need warm bodies. It wouldn't hurt for them to give him a tryout since their season has been lost to the injury list.

Same with the San Antonio Spurs, who need a point guard who can throw lobs to Victor Wembanyama and Killian Hayes can at least do that. I'd like to see if Gregg Popovich could find a way to coax the most out of Killian's talent, as he does have some, but it is thus far been squandered on the Pistons.

None of these trades or non-trades will amount to much, and it's more likely the Pistons just move guys like Muscala and Gallinari for whatever they can get, as they don't want to trade the players teams want and no one wants the guys they'd like to trade.
