Detroit Pistons' grades for February 2024: Promise and inconsistency

This month of Pistons basketball was the most intriguing and interesting, mostly due to the trade deadline. Detroit had a clear strategy, in that they wanted to get better on defense, while not sacrificing shooting. And that they have. They’ve responded quite well in February with the new additions/subtractions. With three wins under the belt in February, I think it’s safe to say this was one of their best months, as pathetic as that is. February at least provided some hope for the future.

Each month, Detroit’s grades are increasing. The roster fits together better, and guys are developing as we had hoped. The key will be consistency and carrying that momentum into March and the rest of the season, which hasn't happened so far.
