The Detroit Pistons should trade Alec Burks

-He'll be an unrestricted free agent after this season and can walk for nothing.
-His trade value is likely at its peak.
-Marcus Sasser can potentially fill his role
-He's not a good defender on a team that is terrible defensively.
-Having Alec Burks as their best bench option has not led to winning.
-They can use two good second-round picks to move up in the draft or as a sweetener in a big trade for a two-way player.

The Detroit Pistons should keep Bojan Bogdanovic

-He's worth more than second-round picks and/or unproven players with "upside."
-Did I mention the Pistons still need 3-point shooting?
-The spacing has been better with him and Bojan has helped Cade Cunningham.
-If Bojan is your sixth man, the team is probably good.
-If the Pistons can add defenders, his lack of defense doesn't matter as much.
-He's a good complement to Ausar Thompson.
-He's on a value deal that can be moved next season if the Pistons can't make the right additions for Bojan's shooting to matter.
-Whether they keep him or not, the Pistons will likely have more cap space than they'll be able to use in free agency/trades, so they can keep Bogey and still make other moves.
