#2: Washington Wizards

-Kyle Kuzma

-Jonas Valanciunas

-Jordan Poole

Ouch.

If Kyle Kuzma is your best player, you are in big trouble. Of course, the Wizards are hoping that won’t be true for long, as Bilal Coulibaly and Bub Carrington could take two of these spots by the end of next season.

But for now, the Wizards have invested heavily in two mediocre players in Kuzma and Poole, who are still going to get most of the shots until they are traded.

Rookie Alex Sarr will be on this list soon enough, but this is a raw player who missed pretty much every shot in Summer League, so it could be a few years.

With Sarr, Coulibaly and Carrington, the Wizards do have some high-upside young talent, but none of them have proven anything yet and aren’t a player you can clearly build around, which puts them near the bottom of the list.
