Boston Celtics: Kristaps Porzingis, Jrue Holiday, Jaylen Brown

As of right now, there is no reason and little chance the Celtics are going to trade anyone. They are fresh off a title, have all of their key players locked into deals and are going to run it back to try and win another one.

But they are also up for sale and whoever buys them might decide they are not comfortable paying more than $65 million in luxury tax, especially when Porzingis is pretty much a luxury that they don’t need.

The Celtics are going to sell for a boatload of money, so if they win another title next season, don’t be surprised if the new owners want to recoup some of that by cutting costs.
