With Okoro entering free agency and Caris LeVert on the final year of his deal, it makes sense for the Cavs to go after a guy who can get them buckets off the bench. 

Carrington has all of the tools to be a dynamic scorer and with a new contract likely coming for Mitchell, Cleveland could then look to deal LeVert to cut some payroll.
