The Trail Blazers would like it if this played out, as they get to take a flyer on a jumbo wing who fits well with their young core. 

This is especially true if Portland deals Jerami Grant, which is a distinct possibility given their need to get out of the luxury tax. 

I could see them flipping this pick to the Pistons with Grant attached if they are really interested in getting rid of him.
