For the second straight season, the rest of the NBA is wondering what the Detroit Pistons are going to do with Bojan Bogdanovic.

Bogdanovic is one of the best plug-and-play options potentially on the trade market, but the Pistons haven't made it clear whether he actually is or if they plan to keep the veteran sharpshooter.

So far teams haven't been willing to meet Detroit's asking price (whatever that may be) and the Pistons may figure that Bojan's skills on the court help them more than whatever meager package they are being offered.

Their 4-39 record isn't strong evidence for that, as the Pistons stunk before and after Bogdanovic returned, though Cade Cunningham played better with him in there.

Will the Detroit Pistons trade Bojan Bogdanovic?

The Pistons' record, need to re-tool and Bogdanovic's contract situation all make him one of the more intriguing characters in this year's trade deadline drama.

He can help any team, including the Pistons, who have to ask themselves if Bojan really affects winning juxtaposed against their need for veterans who can play and him being one of the only ones they have.

There is also his contract situation, as Bogdanovic can be bought out for $2 million or the Pistons can pick up the entirety of his $19 million deal for next season.

If they aren't getting any quality offers, would it matter if they waited until the offseason or next trade deadline to move him? It's a fair question.

It's also fair to ask if the following proposal is the best they are going to get.
