#7: Bailey Howell (PER 20.3)

Howell is one of four Hall of Famers who will appear on this list, though most modern fans have likely never heard of him considering he played with the Pistons in the late 1950s and early 60s.

But Howell was dominant for the Pistons in his 387 games in Detroit, averaging 21.1 points, 11.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game. Howell was an All-Star four times for Detroit and six times overall and averaged over 10 rebounds per game in six straight seasons, coming up just short of that mark in all of the others.

The Garbageman was a tough forward who barely ever missed games and played huge minutes for Detroit, racking up some big stats along the way to a Hall of Fame career.
