NBA Mock Draft: One prospect "reach" for every lottery team

#11: Chicago Bulls select Zaccharie Risacher 

Risacher has been mocked at #1 at times because of his size and two-way potential, but there are still big question marks about his shot, and if he doesn’t figure that out, his ceiling is lowered. 

The Bulls would probably be happy to get him here, though they’ve had bad luck developing three and D wings of late. Risacher’s rise on draft boards was largely due to a hot 3-point shooting streak he had earlier in the season, but a streak is all it was, as he’s only shot 24 percent in the games since the EuroCup, where he was lights out. 

Which guy are you getting? He may not be a reach here, but there are still a lot of questions.
