#4: San Antonio Spurs take Reed Sheppard 

San Antonio could go a number of ways here given that their biggest need is a point guard who can set up Victor Wembanyama. 

Even if Sheppard ends up playing more off the ball, he’s a great complement to Wemby, as he can spread the floor with his shooting, make plays and is a tenacious defender on the perimeter. 

Popovich will love the latter part of Sheppard’s game and he will give them a dynamic pick and roll option with Wembanyama right away. The Spurs could also go with Sheppard’s Kentucky teammate here, but instead take the best shooter in the draft, which will be a theme for them.
