Will the Detroit Pistons trade Bojan Bogdanovic?

Many fans were speculating that the addition of Fontecchio might make Bojan Bogdanovic more expendable. Bogdanovic is a better all-around scorer, but Fontecchio is a better defender and nearly seven years younger.

But his addition doesn't necessarily mean Bogdanovic's days in Detroit are numbered, as the two can play together with Fontecchio taking on the tougher defensive assignment.

Both provide the spacing the Pistons' young guards need to operate, so they could play together or one of them could come off the bench. The Pistons needed more 3-point threats and now they have plenty of them.

On the other hand, if Fontecchio could replace 60 percent of Bogdanovic's offensive production while providing better defense, then reaping some assets for Bogey does make some sense.

It will still come down to the offer, as the Pistons aren't going to just give Bogdanovic away just because they have another forward. They will still stand their ground and only take an offer too good to refuse, and I don't think this trade alters that approach much.
