The "meh" option: Kyle Anderson
If the Pistons wanted a forward in return for Morris, then the Timberwolves would likely cough up Kyle Anderson, whose contract matches, but would this matter?
Anderson does fill a need as a versatile forward, but like Morris, he's a free agent at the end of the season and unlike Morris, he can't shoot from long range. This would be a lateral move that wouldn't do much for Detroit.
But the Timberwolves have a couple of other assets that might interest the Pistons.
