Ranking all 13 Pistons players by trade value
Tough players to trade and get equal value
-Isaiah Stewart
-Simone Fontecchio
Both of these guys are on reasonable contracts and have proven they can contribute.
Fontecchio’s deal is a team-friendly one for the Pistons, especially if he continues to shoot the ball like he did last season while providing good defense on the wing.
Plenty of teams have called about Stewart, and I could see him moved if the right deal comes along, but he too is the type of player who could outplay his deal, though he will have to prove he can stay healthy after playing just 96 games in the last two seasons combined.
Teams need impact players who are not on max contracts, so it would likely be better for the Pistons to hold onto these two unless they are needed in a bigger deal.
