I do know this one and have to say that I can’t stand it, as I seem to hear it every time I’m in a grocery store or waiting at the dentist. Much like the character in the song, most people “forgot that the Pistons existed” after they were horrible and somehow got the #5 pick for the 3rd season in a row even though they had the league’s worst record.
It’s yet another new era for the Detroit Pistons and fans will “dream each night of some version of you" when Detroit was winning titles and one of the most dominant franchises in the NBA.
