4 Teams the Pistons can target in star trades if they bomb next season

New Orleans Pelicans: Brandon Ingram, Zion Williamson, CJ McCollum 

This will likely be the last season for this trio in New Orleans, and that’s if Brandon Ingram is still a Pelican when the season starts. He’s on an expiring deal and it’s been well established that New Orleans is trying to trade him. He's not a guy I would expend big assets to get, nor sign to a max deal given his injury history, but on the right deal, he should be a consideration.

This team has a lot of talent but hasn’t been able to keep it healthy or on the floor together, so I wouldn’t be shocked if two of these guys are traded sometime before next season’s trade deadline. 

That will depend on where they are in the standings, but if the Pels haven’t improved or don’t look like a strong playoff contender, they will reshuffle the deck and the Pistons may be able to take advantage.
